git is 18 years old and permitted to drive in Norway, and a key tool for the developer and the organization. Even though you might use git every day to interact with your tree and your team mates, you might really be using git as a fast SVN, which is a tragic under-utilization of this excellent tool.

This talk will cover some git uses beyond push & pull, with some strong opinions on how to effectively make good git-logs (and why) sprinkled in.
